Terms & Conditions

By engaging our services or paying an invoice, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Projects typically require a 50% deposit to commence. The remaining 50% is due on final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• Due Dates: Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless stated otherwise. Late payments may attract a 5% late fee per month.
  
  

• Non-Payment: We reserve the right to pause or withhold work (including delivery of final files, code, or access) until outstanding invoices are paid.
  
  

• Cancellation Fees: If you cancel a project after work has commenced, you're responsible for payment of work completed to date (pro-rata) plus any third-party costs we’ve incurred on your behalf.
  
  

2. Project Scope & Revisions

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use Landin. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to access or use the platform.
  
  

• Revisions: We include up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable unless otherwise stated. Additional changes may incur extra fees.
  
  

• Timeline Changes: Delays caused by the client (e.g., slow approvals, late feedback, missing assets) may impact delivery timelines and do not exempt final payment.
  
  
  

3. Deliverables & Ownership

• Ownership: Final deliverables become yours once full payment is received. Until then, all work remains the property of Neon Kettle.
  
  

• Usage Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional material — unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
  
  

• File Delivery: Final files are delivered via Google Drive or other mutually agreed platforms. We do not provide working files (e.g., PSDs, project files) unless explicitly agreed.
  
  
  

4. Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on completed work or for change-of-mind. If you’re unhappy, we’ll work with you to resolve it — but time spent is time billed.

5. Liability & Guarantees

• While we aim to create work that performs, we can’t guarantee specific results (like ROI, leads, or engagement) unless stated in a paid performance agreement.
  
  

• You agree not to hold Neon Kettle liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party platforms or providers.6. Disclaimers

6. Updates

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any major changes will be communicated via email or noted on invoices. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
